How Do I Purchase A Voucher?

View the vouchers on our site, once you have found one you like you can add the recipients name and a short message, click add to cart. You then need to click on cart or click on checkout.

How Do I Order More Than One Voucher?

Because each voucher has a unique message you cannot select multiples, to buy more than one you need to add your message and click buy, you can then continue shopping and do the same for your next voucher and so on..

Can You Post My Voucher?

Yes with all vouchers there is an option at checkout to select post rather than download. Please note posted vouchers will not have the custom message on that you have selected, this is only available on E-vouchers.

How Do I Download My Voucher?

Once your have paid usually within a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to your voucher, click the link and then either copy or print your voucher.

Do I Need To Pre Book A Date?

No, all you need to do is purchase the voucher, the recipient can then book a date that suits them, all of this is explained in the voucher and how to book.

How Do I Redeem My Voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed online, just follow the simple instructions on your voucher, go to the website, select a date and enter your voucher ID.

Refund Policy

Customers have the right to cancel within 7 days of making booking, as long as more than 21 days before the booking date. Refunds will be processed via original method of payment with 2-3 days of cancellation. To receive a refund the customer must email with a valid booking reference and ask to cancel.
